We are currently looking to add a Credit & AML Coordinator to our Structured Finance and Point of Sale (POS) team. This is currently a hybrid role located in London, Ontario.
As the Credit & AML Coordinator, you will be responsible to provide operational support to the POS and Structured Finance teams. You will work closely with our account management team from an AML perspective, ensuring all information is collected and accurate. This role will also prepare credit applications, approval letters, and memos and a variety of other admin support.

Primary Responsibilities include:
- Collaborate with the Bank’s AML/ATF group to ensure all required documentation is accurate and in place as well as ensuring awareness with any changes or updates to policies and procedures
- Maintain files and client folders to ensure all legal documents, insurance, PPSA registrations and AML updates are properly organized and up to date.
- Ensure all client insurance policies remain up to date.
- Review any new Seller legal closing binder and compare against security schedule to ensure all required documents have been received and PPSA registrations have been made as approved by the credit department.
- Prepare Security Binder Compliance for sign-off.
- Ensure the execution of the Quarterly Quebec Financing Statements
- Assist Portfolio Analysts in spreading financial statements in Excel.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Post-secondary education in office/business/legal administration
- 1-2 years’ experience or exposure to Anti-Money Laundering practices and regulations
- Strong working knowledge and experience with the MS Suite including Excel and Word
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational skills, and a keen eye for detail
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written
- Proven ability to solve problems, prioritize tasks and meet required deadlines
- 2 – 3 years previous banking industry or legal experience preferred
