A London commercial bank is offering a new financial service it is comparing to cryptocurrency.

VersaBank has created VCAD, a kind of digital deposit receipt that is easily transferrable. It makes transfer of cash between parties so fast and effortless that VersaBank president David Taylor said he envisions it being used as a kind of cryptocurrency.
